Relationship Manager - McAllen, TX
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to assume direct management of existing 11.5MM portfolio, to retain qualified loans within that portfolio, as well as expand relationships within that portfolio.  To originate new credits to new customers outside existing portfolio of loans, to meet or exceed goals established by bank.  To manage and expand both deposit and other relationships between bank and customers.  Underwriting, analysis and preparation of approval packages for all loans in or proposed to be included in portfolio.
 
Job Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years banking experience
  • Minimum 2 years credit department experience (credit analysis and or loan review)
  • 1 year direct loan origination experience preferred
  • Multi-lingual language skills are necessary (preferably Spanish)
   

Commercial Deposit Manager- San Antonio, TX & Laredo, TX

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively sell and service deposit portions of SANB commercial relationships
  • Target business development efforts
  • Represent SANB in community affairs
  • Develop and manage business banking relationships with significant focus on deposit growth and non-credit, fee-based products
  • Provide comprehensive financial solutions to businesses
  • Assume primary responsibility for cash management sales, sales to business customers and external deposit gathering activities in assigned market areas.
  • Partner with commercial lenders to plan, develop and implement comprehensive programs to sell cash management products and services to existing customers and relationship prospects
  • Network with targeted organizations to acquire warm leads
  • Refer prospects to vendors who offer extended services in partnership with SANB
  • Provide feedback to the organization from client experiences to improve products and processes

 

Job Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of Cash Management experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Strong sales background with a documented history of success in business banking growth and development
  • Proficient typing skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Business to business travel required frequently
  • Willingness to work as an effective, enthusiastic member of a team
  • Demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy, composure and the ability to adapt to a variety of situations
  • Demonstrate strong ethics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation
