If you are an authorized user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID, your Password and for any Additional Authentication Information (AAI) that San Antonio National Bank may require you to enter for security and authentication purposes. LAWS AND REGULATIONS

You and San Antonio National Bank agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Bexar County, Texas and to venue in San Antonio, Texas. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you must give us notice of any claim or course of action (a Claim) arising out of or related to use of the Site within one (1) year after you became aware of the material facts and circumstances giving rise to such Claim and any Claim must be filed within two (2) years after such claim arose or be forever barred.
